Thanks for returning my note and clarification. I thought perhaps that might be the case but initially I did not note that he was President Director.
I remembered very fondly a Parpostel associate that I got to know when I worked with Parpostel as a regulatory advisor from 1990 till late 1992. His name was Willy; he would today be “close” to the same age as Pak Moenadir and; he had been assigned to Parpostel from Perumtel.
I lost touch with my friend “Pak Willy” when I moved to Singapore and his name came to mind when I received the MASTEL announcement of the passing of Pak Moenadir. Thanks for the clarification — much appreciated!

Dear Pak Andy Cobham,
Pak Willy Munandir was the President Director of Perumtel at the period of 1973-1988 , never in Parpostel Ministry.

Is this the same “Pak Willy” who was a Director at Parpostel during the period 1990 thru at least 1993 (perhaps longer — depending what year he retired)???
If so, can you please give me contact information to his family so that I can express my condolences. If it is the same “Pak Willy” of my Parpostel days, he was a genuinely good person who I was proud to have called “my friend”.

- Jenazah disemayamkan di Rumah Duka, Jl. Rancabentang, Ciumbuleuit, bandung Dan akan dimakamkan besok, Rabu 18/01/2017 pk 10.30 di Taman Makam Pahlawan Cikutra, Bandung.
- Mohon doa para Sahabat semoga Almarhum husnul khatimah, diampuni dosa dan kesalahannya dan diterima amal ibadahnya, dijauhkan dari siksa kubur serta ditempatkan ditempat yang mulia disisi Allah SWT, aamiin….. Dan kepada keluarga yang ditinggalkan semoga diberikan kesabaran menghadapi cobaan ini…..salam duka.
